Role

Provide commercial legal advice and assistance to the Commercial Legal function and in particular to the Global Supply Chain Management function in relation to procurement projects managed by the Luxembourg Legal function of the company (telecommunication company).

Profile

- 5 years experience in a commercial legal role,

- Knowledge of English Law and conducting business in English Language,

- Good knowledge of relevant law and awareness or legal developments that may affect the business,

- Awareness of commercial issues,

- Proven ability in drafting and negotiation skills. Proven Project management skills,

- A good knowledge of the Mobile/telecommunications industry would be a plus,

- Team working skills and the ability to influence and persuade people.
