Descriptif du poste

1/ legal, tax and audit requirements

-Manage accounting of the Luxembourg based parent companies

-Assist in the preparation  of the monthly and yearly VAT declaration

-Assist in the preparation of the yearly fiscal declaration

2/ Management reporting

-Assist in the month’s-, quarter- and year-end reporting according to US GAAP, LUX GAAP or UK GAAP depending on the location of the head office

-Assist in the budget

-Perform monthly closing routines

-Communicate with internal/external partners (e.g. auditors, tax consultants, …) on an international level

3/ General accounting

Assist in Preparation of financial inter-company amounts with parent companies Luxembourg in income statement, balance sheet and cash flow for Budget, ….

Profil

-A Degree in Accounting (Bac+3 or university degree)

-A minimum of 4 years experience in general and international accounting is required

-Demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to apply local GAAP, US GAAP or UK GAAP and US -Fluent in English, French and German are a big asset

Demonstrated knowledge of local and international financial markets and the ability to apply those regulations (IFRS…)
