Role

-Managing any technical issues between 3C and Acquirers / Integrator Partners

-Escalating found bug / technical problems with our xxxIntegra or other paymebt service platforms working together with our QA and Project Management team reporting back to the local Support Team Leader when resolved

-2^nd line day-to-day support for local Support Team on technical problems related to cccIntegra, Web2Pay services and integrated Systems

-1st line support coverage when needed, i.e. holidays, illness heavy work load situations or due to any other needs by the company

-Operational hand over to the Support Team on new product including work shop trainings & documentation, in coordination with the Team Leader

-Arrange Internal trainings amongst team to assure that each employee is equally trained on all products

-Technical support coverage during out-of-office hours, shared on a weekly basis between the team

-Remote technical assistance when trouble shooting required on installations (i.e. networking related, software related or hardware related issues…)

Profile

-Working knowledge of VPN connections including how to setup, manage and maintain them

-Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking under both Windows and Linux

-Must be analytical and proactive with the ability to work unsupervised

-Ability to create, update and maintain documentation on processes and procedures

-Good presentation skills, for internatl training purposes

-A good handling of high pressure, remaining focused

-Strong teamwork skills

-Strong customer handling skills

-Languages : excellent written and oral skills in English and Spanish (any further language is an advantage)
