Descriptif du Poste

- establishing and maintaining shareholder accounts

- resolving missing items through corrective processing

- analyzing incoming account information for fraud

- providing feedback on quality processing guidelines

- handling special projects as needed

- responsible for quality customer services and proper legal documentation

- Acknowledge & confirmation of transactions

- Quality Check Processing

Profil

- Fluent German and English - ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals, to write routine reports and correspondence, to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization

- Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics…

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form

- Additionally, a basic knowledge of financial sector is advantageous, but not essential
