In order to support the continued strong growth of our UcitsEuroFileTM team, we are looking for a dynamic:

Advisor (m/f)

As a member of our expanding Luxembourg based team, you will actively participate in the following client assignments:

• To understand and to develop clients' multi-country distribution strategy and the various issues to be considered as well as giving assistance to provide input and advice to the strategy;
• To assist the Senior and Manager to undertake and fully coordinate the registration process of investment funds in various countries in liaison with the client, our Investment Management network and other administrative parties linked to the fund;
• To assist with and tomonitor the ongoing regulatory and tax reporting obligations of cross-border marketed investment funds to ensure full compliance;
• To support Seniors and Managers in providing clients with proactive assistance on other distribution related issues;

• Graduate in Economics;
• Good communication and language skills in English and French;
• Good writing skills;
• A basic understanding of investment funds and the cross border distribution process in the regulatory department of a bank or fund promoter;
• A keen interest to further develop the practical knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to financial services, both within Luxembourg and other jurisdictions;
• Good organisational skills and an ability to work in a team structure;
