Bilingual Personal Assistant 


 


 


Job Description:


 


-        Typing and handling of daily correspondence (letters, faxes, reports, internal notes);


-        Demonstrate the ability to prioritize in dealing with enquiries and requests for action;


-        Review and organize e-mails, Handling telephone calls, Scheduling of meetings both internally and externally;


-        Follow up on daily meetings and agenda schedules, Organize diaries, Preparing meetings, Handling and distribution of post;


-        Preparing PowerPoint presentations;


-        Arranging travel, hotel accommodation and itineraries;


-        Maintenance of filing system and follow-up system for tasks;


-        Ensuring any queries are handled promptly and professionally


 


Your Profile:


 


-        At least 2 years work experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector;


-        Fluent in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of another European language would be an advantage;


-        Adaptable and flexible, you enjoy working under pressure in a challenging and dynamic environment;


-        A team player with outstanding organizational and communication skills;


-        Operate autonomously, be able to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment and creativity in finding solutions;


-        Being able to handle unexpected tasks above the day to day tasks (routine tasks);


-        Proficient in Software Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
