Our Client
Our client is an autonomous company, not tied to any bank or investment management house. It is an authorised life assurance company, with its core business is the use of life assurance as a specialist wealth management structure for high net-worth investors. Your mission
· You will be responsible for inputting, setting up new policies and transactions in the system.
· You will take the initiative regarding the follow-up of documentation and day-to-day records.
· High level of services to both internal & external clients
· Perform AML checks and daily operational tasks
· Act as point of contact and be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all partners.
· Respond to queries via email, telephone and fax in a timely and professional manner. Your profile
· You are able to provide excellent service in the administration and processing of policies for clients worldwide.
· You have the ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities is vital, and some experience in a similar role would be a strong advantage.
· A high level of both written and spoken English is required plus one other European language would be an advantage.
· 2-5 years experience in either TA or client servicing
· Team player
· Good communicator
· Flexible
· Good organizational skills · Accurate |
