Your Mission

As a Compliance Manager you will be involved with compliance matters including Anti-Money laundering, OFAC and EU sanctions, regulatory reporting, AML/SAR training and will address compliance related queries from both internal offices and clients. You will be responsible for, but not limited to;  

• Monitor the application of relevant regulatory rules by the business


• Report compliance concerns to Management and European Risk Committee


• Recommend additional or enhanced procedures to maintain the required control environment


• Liaise with all departments concerning AML/KYC related queries and training

·         Providing ad-hoc regulatory advise to operational management

• Support the VP - Compliance Manager

Your profile

• At least 5 years experience in a similar position


• Good knowledge of the Luxembourg financial services industry and its regulations and laws.   

·         Solid knowledge of Luxembourg mutual funds business and processes

·         Fluency in English is a must. And a least one other European language (French of Italian)

·         Control and risk minded

·         Excellent analytical & time management skills

• Ability to work both alone unsupervised and as part of the team
