Our Corporate Finance department comprises a team of talented professionals coming from various horizons including Investment Banks and Audit firms. They all share the same passion for delivering financial advisory services. The range of services offered mainly includes the following:

Financial Advisory Services:

• Financial advisory to clients during their strategic transactions (Mergers & Acquisitions, disposals, fund raising, restructuring and project financing);
• Valuation and Strategy, including provision of expert opinion on company and business value. Our team also provides valuation support to our Audit practice, particularly in the areas of Private Equity and Real Estate funds audit.

Transactions Services :

• Execution of financial «due diligences» in the context of M&A transactions;
• Dispute Analysis and Investigations.

Your mission

In the context of your role as a Corporate Finance executive your responsibilities will include the following:

• Actively participate in the execution of all type of engagements within the scope of the Corporate Finance department and more specifically produce client reports,
• Undertake researches and assist in pitch preparations,
• Actively contribute to our "market-watch" activity and pro-actively propose deal origination ideas,

• You should be graduated (Bac+5) in Finance or Economy, withat least 1 year experience in Corporate Finance, related to transactions and business valuations, gained through trading in Investment Bank ok similar.
• You show a keen interest to further develop practical knowledge in the Real Estate and/or Private Equity business.
• You will be a strong communicator, both orally and in writing, in English, and French, knowing that any other European language is an asset.
• You will be a good team player and you will be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong client relationships. You enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment and are ready to travel occasionally to execute cross-border transactions.
