Our Client

Our client is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers and businesses, financial transaction processing, asset and wealth management, and private equity.

Your Mission

You will be a part of the Accounting Service Team. This team is responsible for representing the company to the clients.

You will:

- Manage and agree the clients’ service delivery requirements and set standards to meet or exceed expectations

- Be the primary accounting contact for client Relationship Managers

- Be the primary escalation point for clients on all accounting issues.

- Identify core weaknesses in any aspect of service delivery. Plan and deliver solutions in coordination with the operational groups.

- Own client projects, assess impacts, complete relevant documentation

- Work with relevant contacts in Product Management to resolve current and anticipated product gaps; regulatory, client driven and market driven.

- Work directly with Managers of the accounting teams to ensure a good working synergy across product lines and locations

Your profile

- Excellent and proven client service skills within the Financial industry

- Experience of drawing up SLDs and reviewing documentation.

- Proven experience in conducting service reviews and acting as a point of escalation for clients

- Experience of dealing with senior client officials and senior internal management.

- Excellent understanding of global investment markets, instrument types and accounting policies

- Excellent understanding of custody, fund accounting and administration and transfer agency and how they all interact.

- Good understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory environment.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills

- 4 — 5 years of management experience including staff management

- Prior project management experience

- Excellent understanding of Fund Accounting, it’s operations and systems

- Excellent personal resource management such as time management, multi tasking

- Fluency in written and spoken English essential.
