Fund Registration Consultant (m/f)

Deloitte’s team of experts provides fund registration services to a number of major investment fund managers. The team currently comprises 15 people of various linguistic capabilities, who provide advice regarding funds registered in jurisdictions across Europe, Asia and South America. They are currently dealing with different fund ranges and sub-funds, domiciled in Luxembourg, France, Finland, UK and Ireland. Ongoing research is also conducted for a wide range of countries worldwide.

Your responsibilities

You will be involved in fund registration and post-registration services, including changes to the prospectus and ensuring compliance with financial and statistical reporting obligations. You will act the central point of contact for both the client and the local regulatory authorities. You may also provide regulatory and compliance services such as advising clients regarding any legislative changes impacting the funds industry.

Your profile
•A degree in economics, business administration or law or graduated from a business school
•A few years experience in the fund industry
•Fluent French, English or Italian. Any other language would be considered an asset
•Excellent writing skills
•Proactive and rigorous approach as well as client-service minded
•Strong analytical skills
