The Global Financial Services Research & Development team of Ernst & Young Luxembourg is currently looking for a:

Junior Global Financial Services Research & Development Officer

The Global Financial Services Research & Development team of Ernst & Young Luxembourg is part of the Centre for Business Knowledge of Ernst & Young in Luxembourg. Its roles are to meet specific requests for knowledge, information research and analysis on the Financial Services Industry, and to manage/coordinate Financial Services knowledge sharing for the Luxembourg firm and within the Ernst & Young network.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform research on specific issues
Share understanding of financial sector and, regulatory and market trends in the sector
Track marketplace developments
Circulate and store knowledge
Promote a knowledge sharing culture
Draft memos, articles and reports
Participate in the creation of financial services publications
Become an expert in use of the firm’s global and local knowledge tools

Your Profile:

University degree
Eager to learn and develop expertise
Pragmatic and rigorous
Pro-active, open-minded and creative
Analysis, synthesis and summarizing skills
Oral and writing communication skills
Initial experience in the financial sector
Excellent command of English and fluent French; northern European languages would be particularly welcome
PC literate, familiar with MS Office applications
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Sense of humour
