Fund Registration Consultant (m/f)

Deloitte’s team of industry specialists provides fund registration services to a number of major investment fund managers. The team currently comprises 20 industry specialists of various linguistic capabilities, who provide advice regarding funds registered in jurisdictions across Europe, Asia and South America. They are currently dealing with a multitude of fund ranges distributed in various countries.

Due to the growing success of our registration activity, we are currently seeking to recruit talented consultants at various levels to further develop our client services.

Your responsibilities :

•   You will act as the central point of contact for clients, third party service providers and the local regulatory authorities.
•   You will be involved in cross-border fund registration and post-registration assistance services, including notification of prospectuses and structure change as well as ensuring compliance with financial and statistical reporting obligations.
•   You will also provide regulatory and compliance services such as advising clients regarding any regulatory changes impacting the funds industry.
•   You will be involved in business development, maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients

Your profile :

•   A degree in economics, business administration or law, or relevant paralegal work experience
•   2 to 8 years’ experience in the fund industry or as a legal clerk
•   Excellent writing skills
•   Proactive and rigorous approach as well as client-service minded
•   Strong analytical skills
•   Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a dynamic team
