Tax Consultants - Juniors and Trainees - (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

Within an existing team you will participate in the tax declaration of your clients and will collaborate within advising engagements. We offer you the opportunity to specialise in one of the following domains:

•   International Tax
    -   GFSI: tax services for financial institutions, investment funds and other financial services vehicles (banks, insurance, funds...)
    -   Corporate tax : tax planning and restructuring ideas on a worldwide basis (mergers & acquisitions, structuring & restructuring of large companies)
    -   M&A : mergers & acquisitions (hedge funds, private equity and SICARs vehicles)
•   Indirect taxes: VAT issues for our clients across all sectors such as local and international advice, planning opportunities, compliance and customs and registration duties
•   Corporate tax: management of tax issues for local businesses or subsidiaries/branches of multinational groups, which have decided to locate their operational activities in Luxembourg
•   Global employers services: guides employees and their employers in facing tax obligations while minimising tax burden and dealing with problematic cross-borders issues

Dedicated to a very dynamic team working on international assignments, you will benefit from the competencies and coaching of your experienced colleagues, combined with many high-level learning programmes which will facilitate your integration. You will also be able to rapidly develop your technical knowledge by helping to prepare the tax returns of the team’s client base.

Your profile:

•   Graduated from university in Business Studies, Economics, Law or Management (Master or equivalent EU diploma)
•   Fluent in French and English (any other language would be considered assets)
•   MS-Office software literate
•   Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, that allow you to adapt to a variety of clients and industries
•   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels and collaborate with colleagues with different personalities in a positive manner
