Manager – Fund Accounting (m/f) (FMMO/MFA)

Our client is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers and businesses, financial transaction processing, asset and wealth management, and private equity. 

Your Mission

 Production management: (50 %)

-         Day to day management of the BAU (Business As Usual)

-         Day to day management of NAV benchmarking and Fair value processes

-         Ensure that NAV production is appropriately planned and resourced

-         Monitor quality and timely delivery of NAV packages

-         Ensure adherence to checklists & procedures

-         Point of reference and escalation for the team

-         Point of liaison for Senior Management and other Accounting Teams

-         Point of reference for exceptions and relevant reporting

-         Release of NAV prices and relevant taxation details to the client and related vendors

People Management: (20%)

-         Performance appraisal, training and coaching management

-         Interviews and selection process

Product & Project management: (30%)

-         Management and coordination of the client driven and internal projects

Your profile

-         6-10 years experience

-         Be a decision maker with accountability

-         Pro-activity, professional & leadership

-         Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines

-         Excellent organization, communication and negotiation skills

-        In depth product knowledge & Broad Fund Accounting/Custody /client service knowledge

-         Solid understanding of the financial market & macro economy

-         Market vendors system knowledge (Bloomberg, Reuters, others )

-         Solid and broad taxation knowledge applicable to the fund’s industry

-         Strong Microsoft Office suite experience

-         Good project management skills and practice
