A propos de notre client :
For one of our clients, a global investment management organisation, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Description de l'annonce :
- Leader of a team, you will be responsible for selecting and recruiting your staff as well as developing their skills
- You will be in charge of monitoring and leading reports for tactical or difficult projects
- Responsible for establishing annual performance reviews for your whole team
- As a manager, you will have to ensure good relationship and commnucation with all the different stakeholders of the company, in order to guarantee transparency in the progress of projects
- In charge of suggesting and implementing coutinuous improvements, you will also have to deal with planning and budgeting for the department

Profil recherché :
- Team leader, you have strong staff development skills
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Information technology
- Thanks to a first experience in a similar managerial position, you have gain a knowledge in Business analysis and/or system analysis and developement
- Able to work in a multicultural environment, you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Organized and flexible, you are able to work under pressure and have a srtong sens of initiative.
