QUALITY SERVICE DESK OFFICER (M/W)
OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION : Key point of contact for broker, client and sales and has to provide assistance at all levels sales – sales support – quality check. RESPONSABILITIES · Quality check of new incoming business · Provide answers to client , broker and sales · Call center for our client, broker and consultant · Receiving client, broker in our office BEHAVIORAL SKILL · High school or university degree · 1-2 years experience in a similar role (life insurance) · Fluent in Dutch ,English and French · Rigorous with analytical skills · Excellent communication skills · Good organizational skills · Team player · Service and quality driven WE OFFER YOU : · A permanent employment contract within a well known trustee You feel you are the right person for the right job?
