They are currently searching for a Relationship Manager for the Scandinavian Markets

Your mission

• To assist in sales support activities from daily operational tasks to complex issues.

• Act as key point of contact for new and existing clients.

• To take the initiative regarding the follow-up of clients on a regular basis related to issues, queries, complaints and to find solutions.

• Assist with sales support activities, which can range from administrative tasks to more complex issues

• Liaise with various internal and external clients and act as the interface between sales, head office departments and external parties.

Your profile

-         You are able to provide excellent service in administration and processing for clients worldwide.

-         5 years experience in the financial industry, ideally of which 2 years would have been in a similar role.

-         Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities is vital, and some experience in a similar role would be a strong advantage.

-         Highly flexible, dynamic and available to travel from time to time

-         Demonstrate strong communication skills on all levels

-         Pro-active and ability to cope with stress

-         Problem solving and ability to coordinate multiple projects according to business needs

-         Positive attitude, with good presentation skills

-         Swedish or Finnish mother tongue and fluency in English is essential.
