SENIOR ACCOUNTANT-INTERCOMPANY (M/F)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management and development of intercompany cash management and controls (daily banking transactions, reconciliation, review of fund requests, review of monthly accruals, monthly calculation of debt yields)
Intercompany balances and reporting
Review of tax returns
Production of financial cash flows for debt convenants and tax planning
Monthly accounting and calculation of internal intercompany interests amounts
Quarterly accounting for external interest payments to trustees and noteholders
Production of all debt balances for monthly reporting
Management, leadership and development of 2-3 Junior Accountants

YOUR PROFILE:

Three years degree in Accounting
Minimum of 5 years experience in an accounting function
Experience in supervising a small team
Good working knowledge in English, any additional language is an advantage
Knowledge of PeopleSoft accounting software
Ideally experience in Real Estate
Pro-active, problem-solving, motivated
