SENIOR FUND REPORTING ANALYST - REAL ESTATE (M/F)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse of real estate portfolio and investigation of variances
- Preparation of annual budget and forecast
- Reforecasts and reporting on variances
- Preparation of quarterly financial reports and real estate reports
- Responding to queries, communication with third parties
- Ad-hoc reporting
- Reviewing quarterly dividend distribution and equity call calculations
- Investor tax reporting
- Management of one employee
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Finance/ Accounting / Business
- Three years experience in accounting/ reporting, ideally in the area of real estate
- Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written)
- Very good IT-knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills
- Team player
