They are looking for an Assistant Manager of Transfer Agency:

  Your mission

To work within the Transfer Agency and Banking Function, you shall be responsible for Dealing, booking of FXs. Deal and Account Reconciliation, Shareholder servicing and Call Centre Administration.

·    Daily, monthly reporting to Management, investors and clients

·    High quality servicing of third party fund sponsors and their retail investor base

·    High level of investor satisfaction through call centre and dealing service

·    Account opening and maintenance

·    Dealing, Subscriptions, Redemptions, Switches, Transfers, Conversions

·    Prepare and follow up payments

·    Settlement and Reconciliation

·    Registration

·    Handling investor and distributor queries

Your profile

·    4 or 5 years experience in Fund Administration - Transfer Agency preferably

·    English and German mandatory. French and/or Italian will be a big advantage.

·    Good organisational, time management and communication skills

·    Ability to work under pressure

·    Good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel

·    Client management abilities required.
