Position based in Luxembourg.

As a Transfer Agent, you will work under the supervision of the Team Leader, your focal point for the day-to-day administration of the Shareholder Services department. You work closely with the Senior Transfer Agent and Team Leader ensuring that all transactions, payments and quality controls are dealt with efficiently, accurately and professionally. You are an integral part of ensuring that quality service is delivered to assigned clients and all actions must be considered as part of this overall goal. Achieving quality of service is a team effort and you will need to function at all times as a team player and ensure other members of the team do so too.

The successful candidate will have:
· Successfully attained their final second-level education exams or BAC.
· Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written & oral) also German and/or French considered advantageous.
· Moderate computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook...)
· Preferably some banking or financial services industry experience
