A recruitment consultant is the intermediary between companies seeking to recruit professional staff and professionals looking for a career move or a contract assignment. The processes of recruitment involve variations and intricacies depending on factors such as skills, experience required, career development and whether the personalities of the client and candidate fit or not. It is up to the recruitment consultant to facilitate these processes for both the employer and the job seeker and to satisfy both.
The prospective consultant will be contacting potential and existing clients to find out about their business, their culture, their recruitment needs and to develop a long term relationship with them.
At the same time, you will be talking to professionals seeking new challenges by assessing their skills, background, goals and suitability for different positions or projects. With internal support from Michael Page International and from your previous professional experiences, you will be largely responsible for bringing together clients and candidates in a successful match.
Profil recherché :
We are looking for ambitious people with a proven track record of success and that have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidates should have experience in the field they are applying to, and will be able to communicate fluently in English and French.
