As a specialist within the General Surgery business you will responsible for:
- Developing and increasing the sales activities in your specialty area
- Assisting the existing sales force in Switzerland and other international accounts, through your deep knowledge of the surgical disciplines
- Close collaboration with hospital leadership (medical and administrative) - Initiating procedure trainings for core sales force
- Becoming a specialist in one or more of the non-surgical specializations that are part of the multi-disciplinary-team approach
- Developing an overview of the existing scientific literature in the treatment of the assigned morbidities area
- Increasing the scientific level in our organization for your area of expertise
Profil recherché :
You will have:
- An university degree at BSc.or MSc. level (Business, Technical or Scientific)
- More than 3 years experience in sales with proven success in the surgical area
- Experience in general surgery is highly desired
- Ability of working in matrix organization
- Experience in project management as an asset
- Operational and strategic thinking at the same time
- Mix of surgical and psychological experience/knowledge as strong asset
- Strong communication skills, independence, willing to overachieve your limits
- International mobility of 20-30%
- German and English fluency, any other language will be an asset
