Location: Luxembourg
· Issue Policy Schedules for new clients.
· Daily data entry into the contract administration system and control of the newly received client instructions, such as surrenders, switches and administrative changes.
· Ensure the timely execution of the client instructions with the highest respect of the Compliance procedures.
· Frequent contact with brokers, clients and Quality Service Desk & Sales Consultants on administrative matters.
· Sending new policy schedules and confirmation of all transactions via annex document.
· Support the IT development team by means of testing of Business processes.
Service-oriented; good communication and organisational skills, open for changes and capable of working accurately and under pressure.
“Hands-on” attitude.
· Studies: minimum Bac + 2
· Languages: Dutch – Mother tongue level, fluent in English and French
· An experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position would be considered an advantage, however we are more looking for a dynamic, positive and pro-active employee, who is customer focused and able to work in a team. He or she has to be precise, accurate and take responsibility for his/her actions.
