IT Data Analyst Programmer (m/f)

Our IT department is currently looking for an IT Data Analyst Programmer specialized in data integration and business intelligence. Within this department, you will have the opportunity to improve your abilities while evolving within a dynamic environment and a young and multicultural team, working with the latest technologies.

You will be part of a dedicated data integration pole inside our IT teams, where several data engineers operate on ETL jobs from multiple data formats on many different sources to collect, extract, transfer, analyze and serve insightful results to business stakeholders.

The selected candidate will also participate in reporting/dashboarding projects in close collaboration with our Central Data Office.

Your mission

As an IT Data Analyst Programmer (m/f/d) oriented technologies, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyse business requests and build ETL pipelines using MS SSIS or Azure cloud technologies;
• Participate in projects related to BI (SSRS, SSAS, PowerBI);
• Maintain and enhance the existing ETL packages while anticipating issues and communicating with stakeholders;
• Maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and provide feedback;
• Stay up to date with the latest technology, techniques and methods;
• Stay curious and enthusiastic about using algorithms to solve problems and demonstrate to others the benefit of your work;
• Translate business requirements to technical specifications;
• Ensure deliverables quality, automated tests and business tests.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, or a similar field;
• Demonstrable experience (5+ years) as a Data Engineer or Business Intelligence developer (mastering ETL and database development);
• Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL Server preferred), knowledge of C#;
• Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and the data warehousing ecosystem;
• Experience with Cloud Computing (e.g. Azure, GCP) is considered as an asset;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge in the SAP data model is an asset;
• The ability to work within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team;
• English and French speaking.
