  • Lead the translation of business requirements into specific systems, applications, data models, or process designs for potentially large and complex IT solutions while balancing architectural concerns with business needs
  • Investigate and develop processes and tool-based best practices and methodologies, establish conceptual domain architecture blueprints and high-level designs
  • Ensuring domains way of working is defined (and deployed) in the most efficient way possible, supported by the most efficient (lowest) long run cost of ownership and appropriately documented by the implementation team.
  • Lead End-2-End architects to ensure efficient end-2-end implementation of business processes, data models and interfaces
  • Coach and guide the team on in-tool process definitions for finance, HC, service assurance, commercial domains.
  • For some specific critical projects, act as the project manager coordinating multidisciplinary teams, making sure all SES standards and methods are applied.
  • Participate on Key projects as an SME to guide decisions / definitions on how to define integrations and processes. Ensure they are respected and followed.
  • Work in close collaboration with the continuous improvement teams to classify the evolutive backlogs and ensure alignment with higher level process definitions.
  • Define, document, and apply the mid- and long-term subscriptions and licenses strategy to ensure a low TCO overall for the organization.
  • Responsible for the definition of upgrades and activations of new tool features, in collaboration with continuous improvement teams and business global process owners.
  • Manage third party supplier relationships (consultants and application suppliers) when assessing systems requirements and ensure that SES’s requirements are clearly communicated
  • Ensure / foster adherence to the Demand Management process by the team AND other colleagues.
  • Provide leadership and direct all activities undertaken by the commercial application team
  • Develop and manage the KPIs monitoring the team’s output and quality of the delivered work.
  • Manage the external and internal auditors and ensure timely follow up of any audit points in the domain of the commercial applications
  • Introduce methodologies, processes and tools to increase the productivity, velocity, reliability and customer satisfaction of software development projects
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies for the team to maintain a high level of expertise, business awareness and job satisfaction

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Info. Systems or business discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in implementing and designing large scale backend tools (canned) in a global company
  • Proven track record in implementing large international CRM / ERP rollouts and related business solutions; including organisational change management and leading matrix teams
  • Deep understanding of integration between different backend processes and impact between each other (Lead to Order, Finance, Accounts Payable and receivable, Human Resources, Treasury, etc).
  • Deep knowledge in the domains of SAP, CRM, Partner Portals, Service Management tools, Microsoft Dynamics . MS PowerPlatform, Integration with SAP
