Competence Center - Suppliers Onboarding

About the role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Procurement Competence Center Suppliers Onboarding (Registration & Qualification) Specialist, who will take part of the Procurement Competence Center team, the center of expertise on S2P process located within the Procurement Excellence Function and who will be joining an international and very dynamic team.

You will be reporting to the Procurement Competence Center Suppliers Risk Management Specialist.

One of the key areas of expertise of the Procurement Competence Center is the Supplier Risk Management, nowadays a fundamental and continuously evolving matter for any ;

A New Supplier Risk Management framework is being developed within Ferrero and, as part of the Framework, the new Supplier Onboarding Phase (Supplier Registration and Qualification) is currently live in the main European geographies and has to be rolled out worldwide.

The process is leveraging on Ariba/SAP MDG for the Registration-Vendor Masterdata creation and on Ariba for the Qualification.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be focusing on building expertise and supporting worldwide the Procurement Function on the Suppliers Onboarding phase, first step of the Supplier Risk Management. 

By covering this position, you will be overseeing the New Suppliers Onboarding process execution cross Direct and Indirect Spend Categories (in the geographies where the new process is already live) and you will be involved in the Global Roll Out of the new process in the remaining geographies.

The findings of your monitoring of Registration/Qualification process (through Process KPIs/ reporting on PowerBI) will be shared with the Suppliers Risk Management Specialist, that will support you identifying the cases to be escalated to the Head of Procurement Competence Center/Procurement Leadership.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring 4-5 years of experience in managing a Category (taking care of Suppliers Onboarding) or in implementing a Registration/ Qualification process in a big multinational company or in Procurement Internal Audit/ Procurement Suppliers Compliance with a S2P process understanding End-to-End with focus on Supplier Risk Management/Supplier Onboarding.

You are someone with good communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.

You are bringing a solid standing in ensuring that guidelines are followed, jointly with the “listening attitude” of understanding if any exception to be applied to the Standard Process depending on the Supplier case.

On top of that, you are fluent in English.
