Controlling Specialist - Source To Pay

About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we are looking for Controlling Specialist - Source to Pay Finance Competence Center.

The role will give you the opportunity to work for the biggest entity of Ferrero Group within the function of Finance Procurement, in a new Functional Competence Centre team.

As the Controlling Specialist - Source to Pay Finance Competence Center you will be involved in operational and project activities on the integrated process of budgeting and spend analysis.

The objective of the role will be to support process stakeholders at central and local levels such as procurement and finance in the normal running activities. You will work on increasing of process efficiency and facilitate the development and implementation of new features (systems and procedures).

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this position, you will support the budgeting process for the different Indirect Procurement Categories such as IT, Marketing, Maintenance, coordinating the activities of central and local stakeholders.

You will be the main contact / process expert that would supporting IT department and any external project team in the continuous process and tools ;

You will play an active part in the Category Book Governance activities, such as Source to Pay process, a central role to guarantee the coherence of the upstream procurement process, the budget preparation, with the downstream procurement process, from the Purchase Request to the Invoice.

In this context, it would be fundamental to follow up all the changes of the Category Book (and the related commodity levels) necessary to guarantee the controlling activities and the administrative compliance (general ledger accounting).

Moreover, you will deal with implementation and management of Spend Analysis rules. To guarantee the process of adoption, you will use Spend Analysis methodologies to support the procurement categories in the purchasing process.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, alternatively in Engineering and 3-6 years of experience in controlling, or reporting, alternatively equivalent experience in FMCG or consulting company.

You have knowledge of MS Office, Essbase, as well as knowledge of SAP is desirable, the knowledge of Celonis and Microsoft Power BI is a plus.

Strength in technical skills, data management and reporting software, with the ability to develop tools for an efficient working will help you be successful in this role.

You have analytical, organizational and project management ;Strong analytical mind, attention to details on one hand and great organizational skills on the other, are the key to success in this ;

Being flexible and dealing with a dynamic working environment and embedding new knowledge and skills in existing competencies will definitely help you to reach your objectives.

You are fluent in English and have advanced knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel.
