About the role:
For our Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters we are looking for a Global Pricing Business Analyst to join the Revenue & Trade Management team, within the Sales Business Development ;
In your role you will be supporting the Group Pricing program for New Products Development process (NPD), while ensuring the proper alignment with relevant stakeholders (Category, Marketing, Area, BUs) for the selected area of competence.
Covering this position, you will have a Global visibility on the full portfolio innovation projects and will be involved in many different.
Ensuring relevant triple net price to trade inputs in the New Products Development process:
Together with your Manager, you will be responsible of ensuring triple net price to trade inputs are properly factored in the NPD process, defining Pricing corridors and ensuring their compliance (triple net, promo %, Trade Marketing %). You will perform advanced value chain assessment, including category value generation, and advanced Pack Price Architecture analysis, to the define the correct NPD strategy (white space analysis).
Ensuring the proper alignment in terms of New Products Development process:
Together with your Manager and in alignment with all relevant functions, such as Marketing and Category Management, you will be in charge of assessing proper deliverables on full scope of projects. You will also deploy designed NPD price recommendation to all stakeholders (, Marketing, Category, Area and BUs), continuously following up and reviewing price recommendations and price executed.
Support Group’s triple net price convergence program on existing products:
You will be supporting the Pricing & Revenue Team in building and proposing the Group’s triple net Pricing strategy in a triple win perspective to meet the objectives (triple net price maneuver recommendation building).
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your university background and your 3 to 5 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management or Commercial Finance, developed in FMCG, CPG or related ;
Your analytical skills, strategic mindset and ability to work in a matrix organisation will be key for.
