This is an opportunity to become the HR point of reference for the functions IT & Quality supporting with your Manager Ferrerians at global level, with a specific focus on the colleagues based in Luxembourg HQ.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be a key change agent endorsing the HR&OI Transformation Program, supporting Employees and Line Managers through all the Employee Lifecycle, and fostering a culture of learning, development, inclusion, and respect. 

You’ll support the deployment of the company strategies and organizational evolution, propose, and implement specific People initiatives and promote continuous improvement and digitalization of our People Processes. 

You’ll not forget to anticipate future needs, analyzing trends and being accountable for the workforce BDG planning. With a sustainable Selling, General and Administrative Expenses (SG&A) evolution, you will support the Company development through the market and the Merger & Acquisition integration.

Liaising regularly with all the stakeholders, HR colleagues and all the Centers of Expertise, you will build enriching working relationship with key stakeholders, becoming known as the ‘go-to’ person for HR support.

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong analytical skills to support arguments and the decision process; 
  • Good business acumen and the ability to deliver hands-on and pragmatic solutions in a dynamic environment; 
  • Sense of ownership, with the ability to act not only autonomously, but work effectively with the entire team; 
  • Good relationships and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in an international and multicultural environment;
  • 3-5 years of experience as HR Business Partner, HR specialist or HR consultant preferably in FMCG with matrix organization;  
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Law or related field of study;  
  • English fluent; 
  • Labour Law and HR Admin fundamentals knowledge as a plus;  
  • SAP HR modules, SuccessFactors and HR planning expertise as nice to have.
