Packaging Material Management Supply & OPS

About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for Packaging Material Management Supply & Operations.

As part of the Packaging Material Management function, the role will oversee the mid long term consumption consolidation of the assigned categories of packaging, including long term needs and supplier engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage for the assigned categories the mid/long term consumption consolidation of Packaging requirements and S&OP monthly alignment with Packaging Procurement including scenario analysis.

Moreover, in full alignment with Procurement, support the head of the function in the engagement process with relevant suppliers of selected categories on upstream volume scenarios for Consumption Forecast and Capacity issues.

Covering this position, you will manage for the assigned categories the budget preparation analysis based on the S&OP process.

For the assigned categories you will manage the S&OP process, risk evaluation, budget preparation, packaging obsolescence, and monitor discontinuities in packaging innovation to assure visibility in the S&OP process.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your university Degree in Engineering or any Operations / Supply Chain related field and 4-5 years of experience in Material Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain planning that involved interactions with suppliers within FMCG industry or in an international business environment.

On top of this, the key to your success will be your communication skills and capability to interact at different levels of the organization, combined with your strong analytical skills and commitment to learn.

You are fluent in English with experience as a user in SAP. Your analytical skills come with your excellent PC command on MS Office tools (proficiency in Excel).
