About the Role:
For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Procurement Service Center Specialist who will be reporting directly to the Procurement Service Center Manager inside the Procurement function.
Main Responsibilities:
By covering this position, you will work on administrative activities related to procurement including all supplier registration and master data management.
Purchase orders creation, modifications and purchase requisition review will also be under your ;
Moreover, you will help in realizing contract enablement in the system and supporting accounting issues as well as the invoicing ;
Your role will be to contact suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve issues related to the procurement back-office activities ;
Finally, you will be responsible for other procurement-related administrative activities and bring your support in the continuous process of improvement.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your bachelor's or master's degree with around 1-2 years of experience in back office, administration, or customer ;
You are demonstrating an analytical mindset with the ability to deal with ambiguity and ;
Being proactive, flexible, and taking initiatives will be useful as well in your daily ;
You are also showing excellent communication skills to interact openly and comfortably with diverse ;
Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Excel and your basic knowledge in SAP and Ariba.
