Raw Material Controlling Specialist

About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Raw Material Controlling Specialist, who will become part of the Raw Material Controlling ;

In this role, you will be the Finance Business Partner for main Raw Materials buyers providing monthly financial analysis, forecast and had hoc ;

Your main role will be to support Procurement department and to challenge their work with respect to Group guidelines. You will be involved in strategic analysis based on which business decisions will be made.

You will have a high exposure to Procurement’s top management and a wide visibility on the whole Ferrero Group Procurement department.

Main Responsibilities:

As the Raw Material Controlling Specialist you will develop, analyze, and discuss the strategic plan, budget and rolling forecast with buyers for the raw materials’ respective category.

More specifically, on a monthly basis you will provide analysis on Actual vs Planning with the buyers while you will also be responsible for data integration for M&A.

With regards to controlling and reporting activities, you will provide support of directives preparation, quarterly category reviews’ preparation while you will also provide input for S&OP.

In relation, you will work on reporting documentation update and consolidation supporting the closure Process by monthly reporting package. In this role, you will conduct financial analysis of cost reduction ;

Last but not least, you will be involved in other activities such as having the responsibility for implementation of new reporting and planning systems and tools. Furthermore, you will be involved in vendors’ financial assessment specifically for suppliers of the respective category while you will also manage STD costs / TPs (Extra perimeter) and work on HFM - ACT/ACT price effects reconciliation.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your academic background and university degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Engineering and 3-5 years in a previous experience in Controlling, in a multinational and ideally, industrial company.

You are someone with excellent communication skills, full of curiosity, goal, and team oriented, and with an excellent problem-solving attitude, ready to work in a dynamic environment. You enjoy working with numbers and work with high precision. 

Your ability to gain an understanding of business processes, to identify risks/opportunities, and develop/execute financial business case will help you reach your ;

You are a MS Office and SAP expert, and you are fluent in English.
