Raw Materials Management Supply & OPS

About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for Raw Materials Management Supply and Operations Specialist.

In this role you will oversee the mid- and long-term consumption consolidation of the assigned categories of raw materials including long term needs and supplier engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage the assigned categories in terms of mid/long term consumption consolidation of Raw Materials requirements and the S&OP monthly alignment with Raw Materials Procurement including scenario analysis.

Moreover, in full alignment with Procurement you will support the head of the function in the engagement process with relevant suppliers of selected categories on upstream volume scenarios for Consumption.

Covering this position, you will manage for the assigned categories the budget preparation analysis based on the S&OP process.

You will manage the Stock Coverage Analysis in conjunction with Procurement for commodity with a Strategic Raw Materials Warehouse.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your university Degree in Engineering or any Operations / Supply Chain related field and 4-5 years of experience in Material Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain planning that involved interactions with suppliers within FMCG industry or in an international business ;

On top of this, the key to your success will be your communication skills and capability to interact at different levels of the organization, combined with your strong analytical skills and commitment to ;

You are fluent in English with experience as a user in SAP, Oracle, or other supply chain planning tools. Your analytical skills come with your excellent PC command on MS Office tools (proficiency in Excel).
