Raw & Pack Responsible Sourcing Specialist

About the role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Raw & Pack Responsible Sourcing Specialist who will support the operational execution of the Raw & Pack Responsible Sourcing Strategy, reporting directly to the R&P Responsible Sourcing Manager.

By covering this position, you will work within the Responsible Sourcing team and with Procurement on a day-a-day ;

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the operation of the company’s R&P Responsible Sourcing strategy. You will closely work with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of Responsible Sourcing practices throughout the procurement cycle, from sourcing raw materials to the final packaging ;

Indeed, you will play a pivotal part in transforming the responsible sourcing strategic vision into tangible, measurable, and impactful actions.

You will support the continuous assessment of the social and environmental impact of our raw materials and packaging, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting in the development and implementation of responsible sourcing ;

In addition, you will monitor and engage internal and external supply chain stakeholders to ensure compliance with our Responsible Sourcing principles.

You will also support the design and organization of diverse responsible sourcing campaigns (assessment questionnaires, traceability and social, environmental and animal welfare metrics, between others) to inform strategy decisions and track progress.

Finally, you will be led to develop comprehensive project plans, incorporate metrics and benchmarks to guide decision-making and measure success as well as generate clear and concise reports on project progress, outcomes, and ;

This role requires to develop a deep category understanding and stay up to date about developments and solutions in order to identify and propose innovative strategies to enhance the sustainable and responsible sourcing performance of R&P categories.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Science, Engineering, Agronomy, Sustainability or other relation field with around 5 years experience in Raw Materials and/or Packaging Procurement, Supply Chain, Responsible Sourcing or other related ;

You are showing your knowledge in Food Products Raws and Packs related categories, especially Packaging.

In this position, you are demonstrating proficiency in data analysis with an understanding of sustainability principles and their application within a corporate context.

Problem-solving orientation with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges will be required in your daily activity.

You have also strong project management and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

On top of that, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel & Power Point) and your basic knowledge of SAP and visualization tools.

You are fluent in English.
