About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is often looking for talented Controllers who will be responsible for controlling and consolidation activities, mid-term plans and supporting the team in strategic decision making.
Main Responsibilities:
Your role involves managing Actual/Budget/Forecast, conducting monthly/year-end closing activities, performing variance analysis, and consolidating financial data.
In Industrial & Supply Chain Controlling, you'll contribute by providing relevant analysis on plant industrial costs, production efficiency (KPIs), stock controlling, and supply chain costs, with a specific focus on analyzing the Region's COGS.
Additionally, your role involves assisting in P&L modeling and forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing action plans with emphasis on marginality and overheads. You'll also play a key role in supporting the Controlling team in monitoring and reporting KPIs, periodic cash flow reports, and stock controlling.
Furthermore, your contribution to the development of new IT reporting tools for monthly reporting automation will be valued.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your experience in similar activities, such as controlling, accounting, reporting, financial analysis, or modeling, along with your master's degree in economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A key aspect of the role involves flexibility and analytical skills, complemented by strong project management and interpersonal abilities.
Thanks to your advanced knowledge of MS Office, Essbase/HFM/SAP, or similar tools, and Business Intelligence Tools, you will contribute significantly to the team's success. Fluency in English is a prerequisite for effectively performing all tasks associated with this role.
You will play an important role in leveraging your expertise and skills to support the team in various financial functions, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of responsibilities.
