Your role
- Day-to-day HR Administration including the maintenance of employee files
- Preparation of employment contracts and follow up of signatures
- Administration of stay authorizations
- HR data processing in SAP
- Salary administration
- Point of contact for all HR related questions
- Other duties as assigned
Your profile
- Proven HR administration experience
- Good general understanding of the HR function
- Excellent organisational and administration skills, with attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Luxembourgish employment legislation
- Good interpersonal skills; discrete, accurate and trustworthy
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office and ideally SAP HR
- Very good command of French, English required, German would be an asset
