Accounting Agent - HFEB (m/f/n)

Your tasks

• You execute accounting transactions in compliance with Lux GAAP and Encevo Group accounting guidelines
• You apply internal and Group cost accounting guidelines
• You ensure the timely execution of mandatory payments, filings, and declarations (VAT, tax, Intrastat, …)
• You follow-up on CAPEX projects
• You perform dunning activity of overdue customer items
• You prepare payment orders for suppliers and process SEPA collection files
• You monitor intercompany transactions
• You execute monthly and year-end closing tasks (accruals, amortizations, WIP, …), including management reporting
• You deliver relevant data to auditors

Your profile

• You hold a DAP in administration or any related field
• Proven experience in accounting
• You have an affinity for IT and you are good with numbers
• You are characterised by rigour, precision and a strong sense of quality
• You enjoy working in a team and have good interpersonal skills
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, French and English. Luxembourgish is considered an asset
