IT Data Management Internship

As a Data Management Intern at Enovos IT, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in exploring and documenting data flows within our Business Processes. This position offers a unique blend of technical and business insights, providing exposure to real-world data management challenges in the energy industry.

Your Tasks

• Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders to understand data flow processes within Business Units.
• Perform literature reviews to gather information on existing data management practices and industry standards.
• Prepare and analyse meeting transcripts and documentation to identify key data flow components and dependencies.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation outlining data flow processes, systems, and integration points.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to validate and refine documentation based on feedback and insights.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement and optimization within the data flow process.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data management concepts and tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• Previous experience with documentation, diagramming or technical writing is desirable but not required.
• Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards tackling new challenges.
