Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Prior experience related to managing a simulator training equipment department, ideally in an airline environment
- Strong technical background with ability to prepare technical requirements and tender documents
- Prior technical, contractual and financial negotiations experience
- Ability to manage labor resources and departmental finances
- Familiarity with EASA CS FSTD(A) regulation, dealing with regulatory authorities and original equipment manufacturers
- Project management experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are a distinct advantage
- Strong written and oral communication and people skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to exercise independent judgement in decision making, planning, organizing and executing work assignments
