Senior Depositary Officer in Alternative Investment Funds

Senior Depositary Officer in Alternative Investment Funds


Your role:

  • Manage your own portfolio of clients (PE, RE, Infrastructure, Debt, FoF) and properly carry out daily depositary duties.
  • Be your clients’ first point of contact.
  • Ensure you always comply with regulations in force and internal procedures.
  • Assist in the drafting of documents such as fee proposals, depositary agreements or operating memoranda.
  • Prepare and issue different documents such as confirmations to auditors, KPI reports to clients…
  • Work on new clients’ onboarding.
  • Train more junior team members and supervise their work and deliverables.
  • In addition to the tasks listed above, the candidate may be requested to perform other ad hoc work from time to time.


Your profile:

  • Between 2 to 4 years’ experience with a Depositary; Big 4 or internal audit with specific depositary experience.
  • Degree in Law/Finance.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of recent industry developments, especially with regards to AIFMD.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible, organised and able to multitask.
  • Able to work both independently and with a team.
  • Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.
