Your Responsibilities | Law – Finance – Regulatory – Banking - Lawyer

• You will draft and review essential documentation, including loan agreements, security agreements, and financial instruments.
• You will negotiate terms on behalf of your clients with counterparties.
• As you evolve to a Senior Associate role in the future, you will train junior lawyers as part of your responsibilities.
• You will provide clients with advice on banking and finance matters.
• You will work closely with a Senior Associate, Counsel and Partner in ensuring your technical development.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Law – Finance – Regulatory – Banking - Lawyer

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a banking & finance lawyer in Luxembourg, which will help you feel comfortable in your role.
• To ensure effective communication with clients and third parties, you are fluent in both French and English.
• You consider yourself proactive and dynamic, enabling you to meet deadlines and satisfy your clients.
• Being registered on List I or IV of the Luxembourg Bar is essential for this position.

• You will earn a salary of up to €110,000 gross per year, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable standard of living.
