The law firm we are representing is a well-established European law firm with a strong presence in Luxembourg. Over the years, the firm has built a solid reputation in Investment Funds, alongside recognized expertise in Tax and Corporate law, and is now looking to strengthen its practice by recruiting a Partner Funds to support its continued growth.

With a strategic mindset and strong expertise in alternative investment funds, you will play an active role in the business development of the department, contributing both to client relationships and the expansion of the practice. This opportunity is particularly well suited for a Counsel or Partner seeking a new professional challenge within a structured and ambitious firm.

Your Responsibilities | AIF – Law Firm – Business Development - Funds

• You will lead the Investment Funds department and actively contribute to its business development, relying on your strong expertise in alternative investment funds.
• You will participate in the development of a solid client base, notably by leveraging your own portfolio and professional network.
• You will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing high-level legal advice and ensuring the quality of services delivered.
• You will play a mentoring role within the team, remaining accessible and personally involved in complex and strategic matters.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | AIF – Law Firm – Business Development - Funds

• You have at least 8 years of experience as Counsel in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You have a strong expertise in Investment Funds, more precisely in alternative investment funds.
• You already have your own portfolio and are willing to contribute actively in the business development of the law firm.
• You are fluent in English and in French, any other language represent a real asset.
• You are seeking new challenges in a healthy environment,  allowing you to actively participate in the growth of the law firm.

• An annual gross salary that could reach 240 000€ depending on your experience and your business development skills.
