Amundi Luxembourg is recruiting for its subsidiary Fund Channel Luxembourg.

We built a marketplace ecosystem to which Assets Managers and Distributors have access, and operate across a dozen different countries in Europe and Asia; and have offices in Switzerland, Singapore, and Italy.

Fund Channel is currently looking for a lawyer with a passion for legal issues and global relations that will work in an international team of motivated lawyers. This role offers the opportunity to develop legal skills in an international, flexible and stimulating environment
Main activities :
- Drafting and negotiation of legal documents to update existing agreements with Management Companies (amendments and notifications)
- Support to the Legal Team in contract maintenance
- Drafting and negotiation of agreements with Management Companies in collaboration with the Legal Team
- Taking part to the national and European legal watch
- Monitoring of all the department's activity reports
- Management of the department's common mailbox
Formation / Spécialisation
- A university degree in Law (Bac + 5)
Compétences recherchées
- The candidate should be a team player and have solid interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and progress in the legal field
- The candidate should be able to synthesize information and draft effectively in French and English
