System & Cloud Engineer (m/f)

We are currently looking for a System Engineer specialized in Microsoft technologies (On-Premises and Cloud) to join us.

System & Cloud Engineer

Based in Hamm

Your Role:

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade IT infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies such as: Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, O365 and Azure;
• Participate to different IT transformation and migration projects related to Microsoft Cloud solutions;
• Ensure level 3 support and problems identification;
• Implements standard changes and service requests;
• Write technical documentation;
• Build strong relationships with others IT teams;
• Technology watch and provide recommendation to improve the current infrastructure;
• Ensure related IT infrastructure solutions are implemented according to the defined Group policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines;

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject;
• Minimum 5 year’s working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft based environments: Windows Server (2012-2022), Windows 10;
• Solid cloud experience with Office 365 and Azure;
• PowerShell scripting skills;
• Any experience with SCCM or Intune;
• Strong experience in virtualization, especially VMware;
• Experience with storage configuration and management;
• Knowledge of the following technical skills will be considered as an asset:
• Linux RedHat/Centos/Ubuntu
• Automation systems like Terraform, Ansible or AWX
• Unified Communication systems
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes (certification is a plus);
• Team spirit and continuous improvement mindset;
• French and business English fluent.
