Team Lead UI & Integration

In order to reinforce one of our teams, we are looking for a Team Lead UI & Integration.

You will be responsible for:

• HTML/CSS integration for challenging projects
• Leading the design team composed of several profiles (UI, UX, Graphical designer) and involved on many projects in parallel
• Estimating the workload and the worktime in design and HTML/CSS integration:
• Exchanging with our clients to capture their needs and understand their requirements
• Participating to ITT (Invitation to tenders)

Your profile:

• You have a graphic training or equivalent
• At least 5 years of similar experience
• You are autonomous, collaborative attitude, as well as being a good team player
• Good level in French and English

Integration Technical skills:

• Knowledge of HTML5 / CSS / Sass
• Knowledge of BEM methodology and Atomic Design
• Good knowledge of JavaScript (Gulp, npm)
• Experience in integration on React / Angular
• Ability to work in multiple environments
• Knowledge of Git
• Good knowledge in Web Accessibility

UI Design Technical skills:

• Knowledge of UI Design Standard (colors, typography, spacing, grid, interaction)
• Knowledge of Sketch, Photoshop
• Creation of web interfaces and mobile applications
• Creation of interactive prototypes
• Know how to present your work (to a client, a project manager, a developer, an analyst)
• Production of deliverables asses and specifications for developer

Lead Technical skills:

• Writing skills, for communication with clients and responding to ITT
• Ability to makes estimates
• Manage the team’s schedule
• Optimize and develop design processes and workflows

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Design System creation and maintenance
• Experience in PWA (Progressive eb App) creation
• Knowledge of interacting prototyping tool (Framer, Principle)
• Knowledge of Abode Xd or Figma
