In order to support our expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a:
Corporate Officer – Funds Team - (M/F)
Your position:
- Responsible for coordinating the day to day administrative and legal formalities for varied and complex client portfolios (mainly for unregulated funds and their entities portfolio)
- Coordinate with queries relating to account opening, acquisitions, board resolutions, official publication and filing, notarial and private deeds, incorporation, and liquidations
- Dealing with CSSF requirements: registration of sub-threshold AIFM, filing of reporting, preparation, and update of AML/KYC documents
- Coordinate, organise and attend board/shareholders’ meetings and draft related minutes
- Handle the preparation and circulation of contracts, agreements, and reports
- Coordinate information flows between clients, notaries, transaction lawyers and other third parties in order to streamline execution of transactions
- Coordinate signature gathering and perform due controls on collected documents (signature, legislation, administrative follow-up)
- Prepare and/or review wire instructions for submission to client’s representatives and ensure due execution of payments
- Maintain the Company’s registers up to date
- Handle all legal and statutory filings with the Luxembourg Business Register (LBR)
- Coordinate the legalizations, notarizations and apostilles process
- Assist with general office duties
Your profile:
- You have completed your Bachelor/Master’s degree in corporate/tax law and/or have a first experience in a similar position in an accounting firm or law firm
- You know how to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
- You are very well organized, flexible, and have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all corporate levels
- You are a positive thinker, solution finder, a flexible team worker and stress resistant
- You are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- You have excellent written communication and drafting skills
- You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are equally comfortable at typing and proof reading
- Confidentiality and discretion are required
- You are able to take initiatives and you are proactive
- Fluency in French and/or English are highly recommended
