One of our client is looking for a Legal & Compliance Administrative Assistant :
- Handling administrative tasks within Legal & Compliance Team (scanning, filling documents, emails)
- Reviewing documentation and presentation
- Organizing boards meeting and drafting minutes
- Archiving legal documentation
- Dealing with legal documents and obtaining signatures
- Bachelor degree in Law, Finance or Economic
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a Law firm or Finance Company
- Well organized, efficient, professional and detail oriented
- Have a good command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and French are mandatory (written & Spoken)
