Founded in 1856, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) is the oldest multi-business bank in the Grand Duchy. Responsibilities

Within the CRM Value Chain composed of a agile team mixing business and IT (internals and externals), the CRM business analyst will be in charge of the following activities:

 

Sparring partner of the CRM product owner

Analyze, challenge and review the business projects’ inputs and identify the products, services impacted

Translate the analysis in processes and use cases as well as requirements

Factualize the impact of those new processes and use cases through data analysis

Act as a connector between product owner/ project manager, business stakeholders and dev. Teams by

Communicating to IT the business issues encountered

Providing to business the available solutions proposed by IT

Become an expert in Value Chain’s specific fields (and is an authority in these fields)

Consolidate the new processes / functions into a capability map with the domain analysts

When required, translate the new processes /functions into a conceptual data model

Support testing by validation the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications

Support run of the product

Support change activities by documenting procedures, drafting training materials, etc…

Must Have Requirements

PROFILE:

Proven experience in business analysis, mainly in the CRM domain

Ready to work in an agile mode/mind-set and open to new working methods

Good organization and communication skills

Pragmatic and Result oriented

 

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

CRM knowledge (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)

Excellent business knowledge (a banking business or/and risk or finance knowledge is a plus)

Excellent adaption skills in complex situation

Fluent in French and English (other language is a plus)

Software integration experience is a plus

Project/documentation tooling knowledge like JIRA, HP ALM or HOPEX is a plus
